Oyster conservation :

  • Original banded basket
  • Lower shelf of refrigerator or a cool place
  • Conservation between 5°C and 15°C
  • Ideally to be consumed immediately after purchase, and preferably not after one week
  • If bought in bulk, keep the oysters with the larger, hollow shell downwards to avoid water loss
